TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Holiday Rental Includes

• Accommodation as specified
• All bed linen and towels (but not beach towels)
• Mid-fortnight change of bed linen & towels
• Reasonable use of gas, water & electricity
• All taxes including VAT
• The use of the A/C unless otherwise stated on the web-site brochure (there are a few Villas which charge for the use)
• Villa Cleaning - We clean the villa once per week. We prefer not to send the cleaners unless by prior appointment as we understand that guests value their privacy. If you are staying at the villa for more than one week please text on 0035799400974 and let me know the date and time upon you would like the cleaners to visit. Please note that cleaning is available every weekday except Wednesday.
• If a cot and high chair is required please inform us prior to your arrival and we will provide these items for the duration of your stay with our compliments.
• If you have special requirements, please discuss with us before your booking.

Costing Your Holiday

• The rental rates quoted on the website are net and there are no added or otherwise associated costs to the villa hire of any nature.
• If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days.
• To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer or by credit card (for which a 2% handling  charge will apply)

Villa Tenancies

• Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangements.

Local Contact

• Villa Holiday Cyprus provides flexible holidays for the independent traveler and generally our clients do not expect a visiting representative service. Satellite TV

• Those villas which are advertised with Sky TV receive the basic UK channels, however if you have Sky TV in the U.K. you can bring your Sky card with you and it will work perfectly well.
