The villa is located in a convenient area of the village of Kissonerga, set back from the coastal road that connects the town of Paphos to the resort of Coral Bay, being within a few minutes drive of each. A mere 800 meters away is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach , whilst the famous sandy beach at Coral Bay is approximately a 5 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, harbour area and shops is approximately a 10 minute drive away.

| Room details | The accommodation is set over one level and comprises of an open-plan living/dining room, comfortably furnished and well equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, VCR and Stereo CD player. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar with stools and is equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom is extremely spacious, and has a dressing area to one side, through which is reached the en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedded rooms and another full bathroom complete the facilities. All three bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool terrace and air-conditioning units* which can be used for either cooling or heating. A baby cot can be provided upon request, and a safe box is available. Outside, the 9m x 4.5m private swimming pool is surrounded by both covered and open terraces and extensive, well-kept lawns and gardens. A brick-built barbecue area is situated next to a purpose built pergola with table and chairs. There is a ramp from the lounge to the pool terrace, making the villa more suitable for wheelchair access. |
