The Amandine Villa is a very relaxing mature villa offering luxury and complete privacy. This is a bungalow with an abundance of private greens and a 5m X 10m completely private swimming pool designed and finished specifically for relaxation and carefree holidays. The villa is built on one level and has a very spacious living and lounge area fitted with modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) along with two bathrooms. The outdoor grounds are completely private and secluded and benefit from an abundance of mature trees, plants, and landscapes. The private pool benefits from exposure to the sun for almost the entire day and there is a spacious outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.

The villa is located in the Sea Caves area of Paphos and within ten minutes walking distance of the sea. The seaside resort of Coral Bay is less than ten minutes away by car and guests will find here an abundance of fine restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and the well known sandy beach of Coral Bay which offers a wide variety of water sports. Paphos Town Center is about 20 minutes away by car and offers a wide selection of amenities as expected of a small city.
