The Penmere Villa is located on an elevated position within a short drive of a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, and the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay. The villa is equipped with high quality furnishings, king sized beds, SKY 42" plasma TV, DVD and wireless surround sound system, american style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, numerous DVD's, books and games for indoors as well as the garden and pool. The ground and roof terraces are all covered and fully furnished with tables and chairs if you need shade and there are 8 loungers with large parasols. Importantly, the villa is large and airy and the wide walkways give a cool feel in an often hot climate. Full air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating for the winter. The heated 10m x 5m pool is perfect for all year round swimming and was designed with games in mind. A large water volleyball net is supplied and stretches across the width of the pool and Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi overflows into the pool with 16 jets to massage you as you relax. Tropical feel with 4 large palm trees in the garden. A car is recomended. |
