Notes to the accommodation :The villa consists of an open plan living and dining and kitchen area which includes a new lounge set, new dining table with seating for six, and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a guest cloak room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double with balcony offering great sea views, and two twin bedrooms. The bathroom is also on the first floor. Outside, the villa benefits from a shaded outdoor dining area offering sea and pool views, and there are exceptional landscaped gardens offering relaxation and tranquility.
