GROUND FLOOR - The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the modern comforts, a modern dining area and sofa lounge. There is a TV with DVD player and a music system. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor with one being a double and the other a twin. FIRST FLOOR - There is the master bedroom which benefits from exclusive access to the balcony offering sea views. All three bedrooms are en-suite. OUTDOORS- The villa also offers a first floor sundeck area with excellent views and a peasant relaxing private outdoor lounge area. The gardens are mature and there are Sunbeds for six, an outdoor dining area, and a 5m X 10m private swimming pool with walk-in steps. The photographs on the website didn’t really do it justice, it was above and beyond what we were expecting.We all had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. An excellent villa in a great location close to Coral Bay. The villa is extremely well presented with everything you would expect from a villa of this quality. The whole villa is built and furnished to a very high standard. It has a fantastic pool and garden which is very well maintained and the villa is close to all amenities. Our experience from booking to staying at Cleco Villa was exceptional. Everything was done with a high level of professionalism and I would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to have a really special holiday.
