Paphos International Airport is 25km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 10 minutes by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife.

Notes to the accommodation :The villa is a bungalow and thus all rooms are located on one floor allowing for easy access for the elderly or the disabled. The villa will appeal to families who are looking for carefree comfortable holidays without the necessity for a car as all amenites are located within a very short walk away.

BOOKING INFORMATION - Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday as this is the day of the week on which the bulk of the flights fro the UK into Paphos take place. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating. - If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. - Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a downpayment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Hi Eleanor, I thought I'd just give you a little feedback from our stay at villa Ellison. The location is excellent, just far away enough from the noise to relax, but close to restaurants without having to drive or order taxis. your driving directions from the airport were spot on too. The Villa itself was well kept, however the safe door was closed, and the shower screen in the second bathroom is broken, this has led to the bath mat being soaked in the past and becoming mouldy on the base and a bit pungent. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the well tended gardens allowed for privacy. (the cleaning service lady and the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful too) All in all a good break was had and I would recommend the villa and your friendly service to anyone.Kind Regards.Roy.
