Coral Bay Village lies to the west of Paphos and offers an abundant selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and supermarkets. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is widely acknowledged as the finest beach in Paphos and possibly the entire island. The villa is conveniently located within a very short drive of all these amenities. Paphos itself lies just 10km away from the villa and offers numerous archaeological sites, modern shopping facilities, and a very picturesque harbor with cafes and restaurants. Local sports include a wide selection of water sports, tennis, bowling, and there are three major golf courses within a thirty minute drive away.

Notes to the accommodation : The Accommodation consists of a large kitchen/dining room with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, living room with bed settee, TV, small safe, three bedrooms, two twin and one double. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Balconies have glorious views and there is a completely private swimming pool of dimensions 9m x 5m (depth 0.8m to 2.25m).

BOOKING INFORMATION - If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. - Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a downpayment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.
