Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. Should you require Airport Transfers or Car Hire please feel free to request a quote from us.

The Villa was absolutely spotless and certainly lived up to its name with views of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets across the Paphos coastline from the villa patio. The owner Chris Christou was very friendly, personal and fair. His efficiency in correspondence and approachable manner instilled in us considerable confidence even before our arrival. The villa is a beautiful location and we would certainly recommend it to both couples and families.
