It enjoys exceptional sea views and is conveniently located just 3 km from the heart of Coral Bay Village and 8 km from Paphos Town Centre. Travelling to either destination by car is easy as the villa is linked to both by a major road which links Coral Bay and Paphos whilst for those who prefer not to drive there is a regular bus and taxi service within a short walk away from the villa. |

Notes to the accommodation :The villa has been built and furnished to a high standard and includes a modern fully fitted kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, and an exceptional lawned garden. There is one double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with one shower and one bathtub (en suite), a large open-plan lounge and dining area which leads on to the pool area and the private gardens. Complete outdoor dining furniture, sun beds, and umbrellas are provided and the view of the sea just a few meters away is breathtaking. |

The villa is situated in a quiet location by the coast with unobstructed vies of the sea and enjoys some of the most breathtaking sunsets available. It is just a few hundred meters walking distance from the road which connects Paphos with Coral Bay. If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have found secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangements. If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Well what can I say!!! We have had a superb holiday and can't thank you enough for making it all so easy. The villa was excellent and the location absolutely superb (not to mention the weather!). We have fallen in love with Cyprus and can't wait for a return visit. Please could you also thank Savvas for his excellent service - what a lovely man - so helpful and made the journey to and from the airport a pleasure!!

Your cleaning staff, Dino, even was nice enough to come by and see us on Friday to make sure we are not stranded like many other travelers due to the volcano cloud - and offered to extend our stay if needed be at the unit next door. That was really thoughtful!
The house we rented was exactly what we wanted and needed!
This truly is an ocean front property with a fair price tag!
Location: far away enough from all the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to conveniences and sightseeing - and we enjoyed the oceanfront-sunset EVERY evening we were there.

"We have just returned from the Fulvio Beach villa. We went tyo Paphos for my sons wedding. We had a wonderful stay. The villa is in an absolutely beautiful position. We arrived at night so could not see the view until the next morning and what a view.
There is everything you could need in the villa, washing machine, iron, microwave, cooker etc.
Our thanks go out to Eleanor who was very helpful and answered my numerous e mails promptly.
I would recommend staying here to anyone and if we were to return to Paphos, we would have no hesitation in staying there again"
