Iliada 3 is a Three bedroom bungalow villa with private swimming pool set among mature gardens on a rise overlooking the farmlands towards Coral Bay and set amongst olive and carob trees in a quiet rural spot. The Accommodation consists of a large kitchen/dining room with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, living room with bed settee, TV, small safe, three bedrooms, two twin and one double. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Balconies have glorious views and there is a completely private swimming pool of dimensions 9m x 5m (depth 0.8m to 2.25m).

The Eliada Villa 2 is located on an elevated position about 2km from the heart of Coral Bay Village and is thus within 2km from a wide selection of restuarants, tavernas, cafes, and the sandy beach of Coral Bay. It is also less than a 10 minute drive from paphos Town Center and less than 25 minutes from paphos International Airport.

BOOKING INFORMATION - Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday as this is the day of the week on which the bulk of the flights fro the UK into Paphos take place. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating. - If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. - Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a downpayment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. Should you require Airport Transfers or Car Hire please feel free to request a quote from us.

This villa will appeal to those who seek a quiet relaxing holiday at a peaceful and secluded property whilst still remaining within a short drive to restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops. Car Hire & Airport Transfers Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris he will give you the best deal possible.
