It is 1.5km from the sandy beach at Coral Bay and the local banks, restaurants and shops. Paphos International Airport is 25km away, and Paphos (8km) has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife. Local sports include golf, at the Tsada Golf Club (10km), horse riding in the immediate vicinity, and water sports at Coral Beach. |

Local area information
The villa is located between Peyeia and Coral Bay Village. It is less than a 5 minute drive to the sandy beach at Coral Bay Village and the local banks, supermarkets, restaurants, tavern?s, bars, and cafes. Paphos, which offers plenty of shopping and a wide variety of nightlife is less than a ten minute drive away. The villa is also accessible via a regular bus service to and from Paphos.
BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Dear Chris,
We wanted to write you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. THe Iliada Villa 5 we stayed in was beautiful, so quiet and peaceful and the smell of orange blossoms was gorgeous. Please pass on our thanks to Frixos Charalambous who looked after the villa and made sure our stay was everything we wished for. Also, Savvas Houlos was most helpful with the cars we hired and I would recommend anyone else going to Cyprus to use him for car hire.
