GROUND FLOOR - The villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29\" TV with SAT TV, DVD player and a music system. There is a also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. FIRST FLOOR - There are three bedrooms in total, the master being an en-suite with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms in total. There is also a balcony overlooking the private pool area which has access from two of the three bedrooms. The villa has been newly furnished throughout. |

The villa has a completely private 5m X 10m swimming pool with walk-in steps with a 0.9m shallow end and a 1.8m deep end. |
