Room details GROUND FLOOR - The villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29\" TV with SAT TV, DVD player and a music system. There is a also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. FIRST FLOOR - There are three bedrooms in total, the master being an en-suite with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms in total. There is also a balcony overlooking the private pool area which has access from two of the three bedrooms. The villa has been newly furnished throughout.

Notes to the accommodation :The villa is located in the heart of the Coral Bay and just behinds the Coral Bay main road in a peaceful cul-de-suc and is within a short walk of banks, restaurants and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos located less than 10 minutes by car which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife. The villa has a completely private 5m X 10m swimming pool with walk-in steps with a 0.9m shallow end and a 1.8m deep end.
