Hi Eleanor,Just a quick email to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Chez Max Villa last week. We were very impressed with the overall standard of the villa and the service we received from First Options from booking onwards. It was reassuring to have a visit from your rep, who answered the few questions that we had, many thanks also for the welcome pack that was waiting for us. There were a few issues that require attention in the villa but I did leave a note on the dining room table explaining them, hope that was ok.
