The villa is located on the edge of Coral Bay and offers exceptional views of the sea and the surrounding countryside over the orchard. It is 2km from the sandy beach at Coral Bay and the local banks, restaurants and shops. Paphos International Airport is 25km away, and Paphos (8km) has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife. Local sports include golf, at the Tsada Golf Club (10km), horse riding in the immediate vicinity, and water sports at Coral Beach.
