The villa is located on the coast of Kissonerga Bay and overlooks the bay of Coral Bay. It enjoys exceptional sea views and is conveniently located just 3 km from the heart of Coral Bay Village and 8 km from Paphos Town Centre. Travelling to either destination by car is easy as the villa is linked to both by a major road which links Coral Bay and Paphos whilst for those who prefer not to drive there is a regular bus and taxi service within a short walk away from the villa.

Notes to the accommodation :The villa has been built on one of the most beautiful of locations and offers breathtaking views of the sea which is just below. There are two double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with one shower and one bathtub (en suite), four toilets, a large open-plan lounge and dining area which leads on to the patio area. Complete outdoor dining furniture, sun beds, and umbrellas are provided and the view of the sea just a few meters away is breathtaking.

BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. "THIS VILLA LIVED UP TO IT'S DISCRIPTION, STUNNING VIEWS AND THE LOCATION AND FACILITIES WERE AS WE EXPECTED. THE PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN.WE HAD THREE WEEKS IN THIS VILLA WITH MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY ARRIVING AND DEPARTING AT VARIOUS INTERVALS(I CHOSE TO DO THIS RATHER THAN A FIFTY'TH BIRTHDAY PARTY AT HOME) DEFINITELY THE WAY FORWARD. ALL LOVED IT .DO PAY LAURA BAY A VISIT LOVELY BUT REMEMBER YOUR HAT AS CONSERVATION AREA. VARIOUS GOOD PLACES TO EAT OUT WE HAVE RECOMENDED A FEW IN THE VISITORS BOOK .
